Light lunch at the hotel
3.30-5.30 p.m. Italian lesson 
Dinner at the hotel. Free evening.

Monday
9.30 a.m. Departure by train for a guided visit in Ravenna, with its mosaics dating from the 5th and 6th centuries AD and its Christian and Byzantine religious buildings, included by UNESCO on the World Heritage List.
Packet lunch.  
4.30 p.m. Return to the hotel
Dinner at the hotel. Free evening.
 

Tuesday
9.30-12.45 a.m. Italian lesson
Light lunch at the hotel
3.30-5.30 p.m. Italian lesson 
Dinner at the hotel. Free evening.

Wednesday
9.30 a.m. Departure for a guided visit in San Marino, the most ancient Republic in Europe with its castles and traditions. 
Packet lunch.  
4.30 p.m. Return to the hotel
Dinner at the hotel. Free evening.
 
Thursday
9.30-12.45 a.m. Italian lesson
Light lunch at the hotel
3.30-5.30 p.m. Italian lesson 
Dinner at the hotel. Free evening.

Friday
9.30 a.m. Departure to Collina dei Poeti (Poets' Hill) a farm on the hill of Spinalbeto with 7 acres vineyard producing high quality grapes.
Cooking lesson to learn how to prepare and cook our regional speciality of handmade pasta: delicious tagliatelle.
Lunch at the farm and wine tasting.
2.30 p.m. Departure for a guided visit to the medieval town of Santarcangelo di Romagna.  
5.00 p.m. Return to the hotel
Dinner at the hotel. Free evening.
 
Saturday
Breakfast at the hotel. 
Departure.
